The history of our labels 2 - Schioppettino
The true "star" of Friuli Venezia Giulia, a symbol of taste and refinement and which finds its best expression in Prepotto. In its DOC Friuli Colli Orientali subzone, it takes the name of Schioppettino di Prepotto. It knows how to age with style and always enjoys renewed moments of celebrity, appreciated in the oenological panorama because it always manages to manifest its essence over time. When young it is perfumed with berries and revives the nose with the characteristic aroma of black pepper.

Wine is an ancient pleasure, and always new. We started from this fascinating premise to transmit an image that would act as a bridge between wines rooted in history - already appreciated by connoisseurs - with a generation that represents optimism towards the future, curiosity and appreciation for traditions and good things. FRIULAN 2018
Our Friulano 2018, presents itself as a wine that conveys emotions. In fact, it contains all the richness of selected grapes from different vineyards of different ages, some very old (about 60 years). All the vineyards are in the municipality of Prepotto (UD), in the denomination Friuli Colli Orientali. The grapes were harvested when fully ripe, vinified according to traditional techniques and aged in cement for 10 long months.
