- Variety: Ribolla Gialla.
- Growing area: on the hill in the municipality of Prepotto.
- Grape harvest: by hand in box, made in different stages in September.
- Vinification: grapes are cooled and softly pressed, fermented in cement at controlled temperature.
- Refinement: 10 months in temperature-controlled cement tanks.
- Organoleptic characteristics: Straw yellow in color, the nose is fruity, floral and mineral, while in the mouth has a good freshness. It has hints of citrus, acacia, white rose and hay.
- Tips and pairings: Serve at 8-10°C. It is excellent with fish: appetizers, soups and shellfish.
